Vendor Management & Coordination Includes:
Supplier Sourcing
- Sourcing of vendors/suppliers including but not limited to officiant,photographer,
videographer, florist, musicians & entertainment, transportation, decor, etc. - Discuss the suppliers selected along with their pricing and services included
Expenditure Planning
- Creation of initial budget and management of budget based on the approved proposal
- Keeping the budget on track throughout the planning process
Timeline Creation And Organisation
- Creation of a detailed timeline and floorplan
- Streamline details with venue
- Review the floorplan & checklist with venue and vendors/suppliers
- Coordinate the music in advance with the sound engineer, band, or DJ as per the
confirmed timeline
Event Day Management
- On site the entire event day or from earliest venue access time
- Main point of contact for suppliers and yourself
- Supervising wedding setup and breakdown discretion and efficiency, allowing you to enjoy your wedding
- Onsite meeting to review details of wedding day
- Coordination of the flow of ceremony & reception

- Creation and management of a realistic budget based on the approved proposal
- Keeping the budget on track throughout the planning process
- Negotiating the best possible prices on the highest quality items/services
- Verification of confirmed supplier contracts (terms and conditions)
Timeline Creation And Organisation
- Outlining all tasks and deadlines
- Dividing responsibilities and supporting you throughout
- Streamline details with venue
- Review the floorplan & checklist
- Emails or online meetings for coordination with photographer and or videographer
- Coordinate the music in advance with the sound engineer, band, or DJ as per the

Administration And Payments
- Confirmation and management of all suppliers making timely payments and updating the approved budget accordingly

Styling And Creation
- Design concept tailored to your desires, mood board creation and regular updates if required
- Providing and sourcing colour schemes, table settings, lighting, glassware and
furniture. Emphasis on details and personal touches throughout the decor - Wedding detail reminders (number of tables, amenities, etc)
Event Day Management
- On site the entire event day or from earliest venue access time
- Main point of contact for suppliers, guests and yourself
- Supervising wedding setup and breakdown. Discretion and efficiency, allowing you to enjoy your wedding
- Assisting and welcoming the guests into the cocktail and reception
- Coordination of the master of ceremony according to the event protocol
- Additional coordinators assistance for special attention to the bride and groom and their immediate family

This fee takes into account time, expertise, up to four (4) face-to-face or zoom/teams meetings with the client and support via email and telephone as needed. This is a flat fee of US$ 1,250.00 and requires to be paid in full at the time of the contract signing.

FULL WEDDING PLANNING & COORDINATION FEE

This fee takes into account time, expertise and creativity. Up to six (6) face-to-face or zoom/teams meetings with the client, support via email and telephone as needed and additional coordinators for the day of the wedding. This is a flat fee of
US$ 2,500.00 and is required to be paid in full at the time of the contract signing.
